So happy we did that! @ MD - Well, I didn't meet him per se - we were all hanging out in the same space and I thought it would be rude to go up to the guy while he was on vacation. Yeah, agreed - very laid back. I'm usually finishing up what room service or housekeeping start around the room ;) @ Anil - yep, but this is less stressful!

He's one of my favorite Star Trek characters. I think the Carrib area is a tough one if you have high service expectations. There is definitely some truth to the whole island time thing.
